Standard Payment Plan

Second payment

Due after the Labor Certification is approved and before the I-140 is filed.
Third payment

Due when the priority date becomes current and your green card application (I-485) can be filed.

Due at the time you sign your BDV Solutions contract.

Consular Processing

Dependent Fees
Dependent fees are paid directly to your attorney when the I-140 is filed. BDV Solutions does not collect any fees for your dependents in this process. (The following exclude optional advanced parole fees of $630)

*Adjustment of Status cases may have an attorney present in the USCIS interview with them if they choose. The cost of this service is paid directly to the attorney. Typically, it is about $1,500 plus travel cost.
